Here you can find the judging criteria used by judges to evaluate the main women’s bodybuilding divisions:

We have extensive experience in bodybuilding coverage and analysis. However, please note that we are not affiliated with the IFBB federation.
While we make every effort to keep our information accurate and up to date, we recommend also reviewing the official IFBB rules and guidelines for the most current standards.

Competitors are judged on muscularity, symmetry, definition, presentation, and stage presence. The ideal physique shows balanced muscle development, low body fat, and feminine shape. Judges assess overall proportion, conditioning, and confidence in both posing routines and comparisons.
